Have you ever participated to an employee satisfaction survey, manager feedback survey, or best workplace survey in recent past? Most likely the answer is, yes. If you are CEO, CTO, COO, or part of a human resource office, it is unlikely that you have not been anxious about the results after the survey results, specifically if you had to present your findings to the board or make the results public.
